Canada Shipping Information

Canadian orders ship for a flat rate of $19.95 USD. Prices and shipping costs will be displayed in Canadian dollars at checkout based on the current exchange rate.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside of our control.


United States Return Policy

At Serpent Lane, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand ordering lingerie online can feel risky, so free returns are happily offered on U.S. orders under the following circumstances:

  • Return is initiated within 21 days of delivery.
  • Item has not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
  • Item remains in its original packaging and has all tags intact.

International Returns

Canadian customers may return eligible items under the same return requirements listed above. Once your request is received, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and any customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns. Serpent Lane is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
