Shipping and Return Policy
Serpent Lane works with a handful of quality manufacturers to provide the best merchandise. In an effort to bring the greatest variety of products, items may come at different times in separate boxes. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email for all orders placed. Tracking may not be possible for AP0/FPO addresses.
Shipping is typically USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified by customer. Priority Mail® usually takes 1-5 days in transit, however it's not guaranteed and can take longer. USPS is a cost efficient shipping method that does not offer a money back guarantee.
At this time Serpent Lane only offers shipping within the United States.

At Serpent Lane we want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. Returns are happily accepted under the following circumstances:
- Return is initiated within 14 days of your receipt of purchase.
- Item has not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
- Item remains in its original packaging and has all tags intact.
- For hygienic safety reasons, we are unable to offer returns on any products that come into contact with the crotch. This includes all panties, hosiery, teddies, and booty shorts.
- Sale items may not be returned.
- All holiday apparel is final sale.
To make a return simply email us at email@example.com with your full name, billing address, order number, item you are returning, and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to complete your return. When returning or exchanging an item, all shipping expenses are your responsibility. It is highly recommended that you add delivery confirmation to your package to ensure your return shipment is received, as we can’t be responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
Once we receive your shipment, if all above conditions have been met, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
If you receive a defective item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, billing address, order number, and defective item name within five days of receiving your package to receive a return authorization number and a refund on the item.
