Return Policy
At Serpent Lane we want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. We understand ordering lingerie online can feel risky so returns are happily accepted under the following circumstances:
- Return is initiated within 21 days from the shipping date on your original packing slip.
- Item has not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
- Item remains in its original packaging and has all tags intact.
To make a return, use the contact form on this page and submit your full name, order number, and the items you are returning.
U.S. Returns: We will email you a prepaid return label that you can print and affix to the original packaging or packaging of your choice.
International Returns: We will email you return instructions and the appropriate return address. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Serpent Lane is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Once we receive your return and confirm that all return conditions have been met, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges and any customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at returns@serpentlane.com with your full name and order number within 7 days of receiving your package to receive a refund.
