Serpent Lane works with a handful of quality manufacturers to provide the best merchandise. In an effort to bring the greatest variety of products, items may come at different times in separate boxes. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email for all orders placed. Tracking may not be possible for AP0/FPO addresses.

Shipping is typically USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or UPS.  Priority Mail® usually takes 1-5 days in transit, however it's not guaranteed and can take longer. USPS is a cost efficient shipping method that does not offer a money back guarantee.

All orders are shipped out Monday to Friday, and will be shipped out same day if ordered by 12 p.m. EST.

At this time Serpent Lane only offers shipping within the United States.

Return Policy

At Serpent Lane we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand ordering lingerie online can feel risky so free returns are happily offered under the following circumstances:

  • Return is initiated within 21 days from the shipping date on your original packing slip.
  • Item has not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
  • Item remains in its original packaging and has all tags intact.
